RCMP Criminal Record Check

Hi,

I have applied under express entry from USA and today my application status changed to "Medical Passed" and along with that i received ADR for RCMP Criminal Record Check since i worked in Canada for 11 months.

So i wanted to know if anyone traveled to Canada to get the RCMP check and what is the process for that. Applying from US is too costly and since i live in Seattle so going to Canada is just 2 hour drive.
