this question is always on my mind nd i have bet with someone about it, but really how do visa officers actually certify your doc.. do they go thru all the applications nd call them in ? ex. like ur banking statements, your transcripts and all. do they call them in , or they only do that if they have doubt in you or the doc you submitted to them. thanx guys

You submit all the require documents. If the VO feels that one or more is fake, they will have them verified.
