I filed an inland spousal sponsorship for my stateless wife in October 2021. Yesterday we met with the CBSA and we will file the PRRA application in the upcoming days to gain time till we got the spousal application approval. I would appreciate answers to the below two questions please:
1- can my wife apply for RAMQ after filing the PRRA?
2- Can we file the PRRA ourselves, or do we really need a lawyer or consultant for that?
