If I list 2 activities like
09/2008-07/2010
08/2010-02/2012

Will this consider to be a gap or not? I know what common sense says, but I need to double check ;D

I left the job a at the end of july 2010 and stared job b at the beginning of aug 2010. Kinda feels odd to add in between 07/2010-08/2010 Unemployed

When it comes to your personal history, everything shloud be exact day by day.
So if for example you have left 25.7 but started the new one 5.8. then you shall list 26.7 to 4.8. as unemployed. (you do not need any supportive documents for that - like if you went to the unemployment Office or not).

I have a q related to this, what about work history,is it ok to have gaps ?

Work history is the one to get you points. So as such there is no problem to have gaps there.
Just make sure that you have no gaps for last 10 years in your personal history.

Their form goes by months, not days
