How many days has it been? They say on the site that it takes them 10 business days or so to respond. Sometimes it can take a few weeks. In my case, it took them more than two weeks to send an acknowledgment email.

I raised CSE in start of Feb and I got reply in end of March that raise this CSE with NDVO as your application is with NDVO
