Raise my points by taking Undergraduate Certificate

Hi,

I'm trying to raise my points by taking post-undergraduate certificate online from a college in USA so I can have 2 certificates (1 bachelor -I already have- and 1 post-undergraduate certificate -planning to take-). The program I'm planning to take is Computer Assisted Manufacturing undergraduate certificate from Massachusetts Lowell university.
I just want to know whether this certificate would be accepted by ECA as a 1 year undergraduate certificate or not. or if anyone has taken any certificate from that university and was able to accredit it.
