R10 Completeness Check

Hello!

So I am applying for BOWP because our PR application is still in progress since May 2020.
I know that one of the BOWP requirement is to have "R10 OK" in your GCMS notes.

In my recent GCMS notes, I see this.

Does that mean I am not yet eligible for BOWP application? @legalfalcon
