Hi friend I have one question in my mind
When we land at border are we able to ask to send the PR card via priority or emergency or urgent service
I mean in the border has any king of this service
Or can we request at border service office to do that

NO, we all wished the same :)

No.

Urgent / emergency processing is only available for PR card renewals. You cannot request expedite processing.

One of my roommate says at border we can request for urgent PR card service to the officer
But it looks like he is wrong
And it is not true

Reasonably, any government related services must be impartial in their services. In other words, all are equal.

I can see where the question comes from in terms of the MAILING aspect. However, I believe they provide the documentation for you at border/landing so an interim status - i.e. while card is being processed. It only makes sense.

Similar to how the old SIN cards used to work - they would stamp a letter for you to use with full effect until you get the actual SIN card in the mail.

That's how it works anyway now. SIN cards are no longer being issued. All you get now is the paper.
