I received a letter with 30 days deadline to submit a written explanation regarding my letter of appointment.

Visa officers comment at this time is that You have forwarded two different appointment letter with same date with your two different application at this office so I could not feel that your appointment letter is genuine however I have given an oppertunity to provide a written explanation for the sane before tahing a decision on your application.

Actually my 1st application was rejected on some date of 2009 before getting In Process status with the reason that according to the letter of experience I was +2 level high School teacher but not a college level Lecturer for which I had forwarded appointment letter dated 16th Aug 2006 as an English Lecturer in the name of SchEMS college, +2 .

as soon as I got the decision i raised a complain with my employer regarding the authenticity of my work experience for college level lecturer then, the college management had taken my previous appointment letter and had issued a new appointment letter with same content( terms and condition) by mentioning same date ( 16 th aug 2006) in the revised form by using the letterhead which does not contain +2 college. My employer has SchEMS Public School, schEMS college,+2, and SchEMS ( Masters and Bachelor program) operated by a single management. and I was +2 level teacher form 15th Aug 2004 to 15th Auh 2006 and Promoted as a Lecturer on 16th Aug 2006 Onwards and now a days I have been teaching to Bachelor Degree since 16th Aug 2006 onwards.
the reality is that I am being victimized with the procedural lapse of the overlap of College/ school management. there is every kinds of record in the college that I have been teaching for Bachelor level according to the base of the appointment letter that I have forwarded .
how could i get the justice pls? what sort of explanation would be needed ? could any body help me in this sort of complex situation.....pls ...pls ....
now I have thought to send a sealed letter from my employer stating all these things and claiming that I have been working under the terms and condition of the appointment letter that I have forwarded.



Any comment would be priceless worthy pls...

I think what you have written here to explain us write the same thing in the explanation letter, your cases is genuine nothing is fake so dont worry about it just tell the CIC that it was a mistake from the employer end and you are now working as a lecturer.

Seniors will help you on this dont worry you will get through this.

See to be very honest, please please please provide a good full proof explanation otherwise the IO will and might reject the case.

Goto your college and get a letter written from then to CHC or Whom so ever it may concern and get this problem on paper and ask them to mention it and stamp it sign it from the authorities. Then you write a letter explaining everything and mention that for proof you have attached the letter from your employer as well. Attach the business card of the person signing as well. My best wishes with you. If you provide this then the IO should consider it.

I second what Rocky has said. Get a letter from your employer stating the time lines of your +2 and bachelor level teaching experience.
Get this letter signed and sealed from the employer (preferably.) Also write your explanation of the situation highlighting the error on the employers part in issuing the offer letters and attach the above mentioned letter from employer as proof.
Do not worry everything will be alright.

Yes I visited to my principal stating all these things he told me that he will be fully responsible to prove the same.
I have got the letter from my Principal with this details..........should i do anything more than an explanation letter and this letter ?

This letter is in response to the application of Mr. ................ dated 20th May 2010 in request of an explanation for his appointment letter as English Lecturer(Bachelor Level) dated 16th August 2006 with Ref. No 214/B/06 signed by Prof. Dr. .............. Head of Academic Depart, from this college.

It is informed that the above mentioned appointment letter for our employee Mr. ................ still applies in this College and he has been working under the terms and conditions of the same. This appointment letter is a corrected form of his appointment letter of the same date with Ref.No 214/06 signed by Mr. ........... in the name of SchEMS College, +2. After receiving a complain on procedural laps of our school/ college management from Mr. ..............(my name) regarding discrepancies on his designation, the appointment letter was withdrawn in agreement between employer and employee. So he had been given a new appointment letter of same date in the corrected form since the terms and conditions were in application since same date so that there will not be any confusions on his designation. We had just issued the same by concluding that the employee had been facing injustice on his designation with letterhead which was used with our managerial lapse. Furthermore I would also like to inform that SchEMS has its three different organizations, SchEMS Public School, SchEMS College, +2. and SchEMS operated under SchEMS management due to which he may have faced the problem.

So I would like to feel sorry for any kinds of weakness of our management team members due to the overlap of school / College management regarding the appointment of Mr. ................... in this College and also assure that his current appointment as English Lecturer ( Bachelor level) dated 16th August 2006 is a genuine. Furthermore the college can provide each and every kinds of record of all terms and conditions of the same as per the need which are still applying on his employment at this SchEMS.

I think this is good enough. Your principal has acknowledged the mistake as well as given full assurance that you were employed with them during the stated period.
But I would still suggest that you write your own letter of explanation of the glitch and use this letter as proof.

The letter seems to be fine. Also attach a letter to CHC stating everything in your own words and keep a copy of this letter and send the original letter to CHC. I have already given you this suggestion in my earlier post.

Sorry about the letter. However, the onus of proof is on the applicant so i guess the IO has a valid point in questioning the discrepncy in your letters.
One addition to the wise suggestions already offered: do you have proof of your workload i.e. the curriculum you are teaching at the Bachelor's level?
if you do have a curriculum or some correspondence- maybe in form of an email or a memo, or something to proove that this is what you have been doing, then you can attach that as well to the sealed letter from the principal and yor own letter. There's nothing like too much evidence in your favor.
I think this would validate what the principal is saying. However, you must receive approval from the principal to release this information and since s/he's being so helpful- your principal can also sign/stamp this additional proof as a form of authentication.
At least that's what i'd do.
