I received a letter with 30 days deadline to submit a written explanation regarding my letter of appointment.
Visa officers comment at this time is that You have forwarded two different appointment letter with same date with your two different application at this office so I could not feel that your appointment letter is genuine however I have given an oppertunity to provide a written explanation for the sane before tahing a decision on your application.
Actually my 1st application was rejected on some date of 2009 before getting In Process status with the reason that according to the letter of experience I was +2 level high School teacher but not a college level Lecturer for which I had forwarded appointment letter dated 16th Aug 2006 as an English Lecturer in the name of SchEMS college, +2 .
as soon as I got the decision i raised a complain with my employer regarding the authenticity of my work experience for college level lecturer then, the college management had taken my previous appointment letter and had issued a new appointment letter with same content( terms and condition) by mentioning same date ( 16 th aug 2006) in the revised form by using the letterhead which does not contain +2 college. My employer has SchEMS Public School, schEMS college,+2, and SchEMS ( Masters and Bachelor program) operated by a single management. and I was +2 level teacher form 15th Aug 2004 to 15th Auh 2006 and Promoted as a Lecturer on 16th Aug 2006 Onwards and now a days I have been teaching to Bachelor Degree since 16th Aug 2006 onwards.
the reality is that I am being victimized with the procedural lapse of the overlap of College/ school management. there is every kinds of record in the college that I have been teaching for Bachelor level according to the base of the appointment letter that I have forwarded .
how could i get the justice pls? what sort of explanation would be needed ? could any body help me in this sort of complex situation.....pls ...pls ....
now I have thought to send a sealed letter from my employer stating all these things and claiming that I have been working under the terms and condition of the appointment letter that I have forwarded.
