As far as my knowledge is you need to fullfil the visa condition of each country. I am in Australia so if you are an canadian citizen you can enter australia but to work you will require a permission from the immigration.

AS per my knowledge if you want to work in US as canadian PR you should have valid visa e.g H-1B and Canadian citizens who are professionals can apply for a TN Visa to work in the United States, the process is usually quick if you qualify..i have seen guyz do up and down to US daily from Canada.

As a Canada PR, you would still need the visa/permit to work in US, UK, AUS, SA, NZ.
