Quitting School in Canada, Can I still Travel?

For personal reasons, I have decided to end my studies here in Canada. I have a Student Visa valid until next year, but my semester ends this month. I am planning on going to Texas to visit a family at mid - September, then coming back here to pack and leave the country for good. Would I have problems going back into the country due to me not being enrolled anymore?

Depends how long you are away for. Your study permit will be automatically canceled 90 days after you drop out of school.

Just a week or two, I'm planning on leaving Canada by the end of September or early October at the latest.
