Hi everybody I applied for PR on Oct 23,2014 and I am going to India in december end and coming back March .My question is if i dont come back on same job and find new job would that effect on my file ?.

As long as you have an open work permit, no. But if you have a closed work permit, and you start working for some other employer, then it's not legal. Though your PR application is based on your past experience and it does not have anything to do with your current job / employer.
