I have submitted my PR Outland application on Feb 2025. Bio, medical and sponsorship eligibility letter all these three are done during the period of March 2025. After March, it remains silent no update from IRCC. On 23 july 2025 I have received pre arrival. Can you someone please tell me when can I expect final decision or PPR
