Quick question - representative (section 12) for minor citizenship application

Hi all, we are in the process of applying for the citizenship as a family and I am now filing the forms for my kids. I have a question in the section 12, point a) 'Is someone helping you fill out this form'? I wonder whether this question goes to the child (in this case I am helping) or to me as the 'person applying on behalf of the minor'? I think it should be the later and then select that no-one is helping me (and therefore no representative is involved) but I want to be 100% sure.

if you are filling it up for a minor applying with parents, you are not a representative.
