During the entire EE application process (pre & post ITA), do we require following for the spouse as well:

a. Creating profile (registration) on Job Bank.
b. Identifying NOC code.
c. Arranging job/experience letters from the past/current employer.

Or above requirements are only for the primary applicant.

Thanks in advance.

You do not create profile for your spouse. You have to identify NOC for spouse and organise job experience letters only if you put her/his job experience in your profile. If you don't want to do it just don't put her work experience in the job experience section, just in personal history section.
I hope it helps.

You can claim points for your spouse (co-applicant) only if your spouse has Canadian work experience. In that case, then you will need the reference letters as well. If you are not claiming points for your spouse's Canadian work experience, then it does not matter.

No need for Job Bank registration for spouse, it is only for the primary applicant. Job Bank registration is more of an Express Entry formality that you need to adhere to.
