queue ??? what does this really mean

Hello
I have a silly question I recieved an email from immigration stating
Dear applicant
Your file has been placed in a queue awaiting assessment by an Immigration Officer. We do not require any additional information from you at this time. We will contact you soon to let you know what the next stage of processing will be. what do they really mean by this I have been searching in the forum and I havent found anything any help thoughts would be greatly appreciated

It means in simple words that your file is waiting in a line to be assessed by an immigration officer.

I see you have already sent in your passport so you are almost done. Some VO are very slow in issuing visa... Dont worry you are almost done mate.

ya I have passport police certificate from my country and canada (rcmp) and the right of permenant resident fee and nothing yet all this was sent out in March and I know all of us are on the same boat its just a matter of some days u explode and cant handle it anymore ps thanks for the info
