Questtions about Passport and NOA for 2017 Parent Sponsorship

1. Does copy of Passport need to be translated with certified? The information page is in English, but some entry stamps are in other languages.
2. NOA/Option C
2.1 I noticed that there are people who submitted NOA at initial stage are asked to send Options C later on, does this happen to all applicants, or just the ones having complicated income scenarios?
2.2 For NOA, is the NOA printout from MyAccount acceptable? Does CIC accept copy of the NOA issued by CRA? Do I have to send in original paper copy?

Free of cost get hard copy of option c for year 13 14 and 15. Send that end of story. CRA send it in two weeks of request via phone call
