1. Financial Evaluation Form (IMM5768)
- my spouse is not co-siging, do I still need to answer question 17 (unemployed vs employed)? How about for questions 18 and 19, can I put NA for these two?
2. Representative Form (IMM5746):
2.1 I am filling out the forms and will communicate with CIC on parents' behalf, do we need to submit the representative form?
2.2 Both parents needs to sign?
2.3 When we fill in other forms, should we have all mailing address as mine?
2.4 When the file transferred to local office, it's transferred to the office based on parents' residential address or mailing address? Which office is better, the one in Canada or the one outside Canada?
