do i need to fill the form of scdeule 3 and additional family info for my hubby,sons and one daughter who is not accompanying to me in CANADA

Also i need to ask is it important to send the ILETS RESULT rite with the application form?or i can send the application form first and and then send my ilets result.?will that slow down the process or return my application ?
AND how much funds should i write when its me,my daughter and son only going?.will it be 13,801 or 16,967?
