Questions regarding WES ECA (B.Sc and MCA)

I have completed my studies in May-2018 in Canada and currently working in my field of study.

I am planning to apply for Permanent Residency next year and for that I am looking for information about the procedures and required documents. I have some confusion about WES Educational Assessment for my degrees in India. As I have degrees for both bachelors (B.Sc, Gujarat University) and Masters (MCA, GTU). Both are part of autonomous colleges

I need information about whether I need to submit WES application separately for both degrees or I need to submit only for highest level of education. I need those details so that I can start gathering all the necessary documents.

Kindly help me with the details about how to apply for WES considering my educational background in India and other required documents which is required
