Hello,
In express entry case, after you get the Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) and a VISA, you can enter Canada. On the website, it is mentioned that on arrival in Canada, a Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) officer will ask for documents includng COPR, VISA and other questions. If he finds everything is fine he will confirm your mailing address and PR card will be mailed to that address.
So does it mean that a you do not have to take any other appointment with a CIC officer ?
Is the VISA granted a one time entry VISA ?
When does the PR card processing time start ? Does it start after your COPR is issued when you are in your native country or it starts after you meet the CBSA officer on arrival in Canada ?
Thanks
