Questions regarding points

I recently had 2 IELTS tests:

first: LSWR 7_8_6_9

second: LSWR 8.5_7_6_6.5

My wife ielts:

LSWR 7_7_5.5_7

education:

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (4 years) + Associate degree in Electronics (2 years)

Experience:
I have 3 years of experience as a software engineer


i am getting around 392points in crs calculator


what i am trying to find out, what are my chances to OINP.

all they need is to get at least 67 points, here:
Federal Skilled Worker Program


i was wondering, regarding the ielts scores, what is the EXACT amount of points i get?

I am CLB7-total based criteira, so will it be 4+4+4+4 = 16,
OR
each specific criteria (reading - clb8, writing - clb6, speaking - clb9, listening - clb9
5+4+6+6 =21

So, based on your answer, i will get 71 points.

my final points on CRS will be 392.

is there a good change to be selected on OINP? - to get 600 points?

as a quick reminded,i fully qualify with more than 3 years of experience on this profession:
