questions regarding new policy

Will somebody help me out with the following questions.

1) According to the new policy do we have to submit all the documents to CIO which we used to submit to the visa office prior to the 26 june? if yes then will there be only one approval? and will CIO send the documents directly to the visa office?

2) Once the documents are approved by the CIO then will they directly send medical request? then where is the visa office role? is it left for the older applications?

it is not 100% clear that CIO would send the documents to visa office,would take decision of its own and would ask the medical through local visa office etc. Once we have any one getting approved then only this would be confirmed.

original degree is not asked notorised copy would do. You need to send university sealed envolop haveing your transcripts

Same question is mine also. What will be the 2nd step after sending full initial application to CIC?
