Questions regarding Express Entry

Hi everyone, I had some questions regarding Express entry listed as follow:
1. Can I get my Police verification and medical tests done before even applying for ITA ?
2. How much funds do I require for Proof of funds?

I was a student for 2 years and now a temporary worker and my 1 year work experience will be fulfilled on 07/20/2018. Can I get those above mentioned documents before even applying for ITA ?

Any help will be much appreciated.

1 - You don't apply for an ITA, you receive one based on your CRS. If your question is whether you can get those before receiving it then yes, you can.

Thanks for the response. I went to the police station and they asked me the address for where to send the verification certificate. Can I ask them to mail it to my home or will they directly send it to CIC office? Also which doctor can I go to get my medical certification? Can it be my family doctor or Walk-in clinic?

1 - I'm not a magician so I have no idea which PCC you're trying to obtain.

Hi one question I am showing my NOC for one of my profile from 1 Feb 2015 to 31 Jan 2018 is it 2 years 11 months 30 days or 3 years ? I am confused as on calculator it shows 2 years 11 months 30 days...could you help ?

What I’m asking is do I need a PCC from Canada if I already have it from India?
