I received an ADR from IRCC on Friday for my PNP Non-Express Entry PR application, which requests the following:
"Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature"
I just want to confirm the correct procedure. Should I download the form from here:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ication/application-forms-guides/imm5669.html
fill it in, print it out, sign it with an actual ink filled pen, and then scan and upload the final document?
Also, I have extensive travel history that will not fit in the form. This was not a problem with the original, as I could add more rows. The form states:
"If there is not enough space to provide all the necessary information, attach to this form a separate sheet of paper with further details. Print your name at the top of each additional sheet and indicate the form's title and the number of the question you are answering."
I assume I am allowed to use Excel/Sheets for this and can then merge everything together into one file?
Finally, in the original IMM 5669 I submitted, I only listed my home address in the address history section for any timeframe in my personal history I listed as travelling. My reasoning was that I did not live in the places I travelled to and therefore did not need list them in the address section (it was also not remotely possible to list literally hundreds of places I stayed at). Since the ADR only mentioned my signature, I plan to stick with that approach for consistency. Could this cause an issue?
Thanks!
