Hi everyone

My wife is Canadian citizen and I have 3 kids. We are applying outland spousal sponsorship applicationand looking at the checklist they request 8 photographs. Do these photos have to be me and my wife or also my 3 kids as well?

In reality how much time should the outland application take for my perm residence from the time I give my application documents??

thank you

I assume they are your wife's biological kids, so they have Canadian citizenship already, the pics only need to be for your wife.

The time depends on a lot of factors, we can give a rough estimate based on your likely VO. What is your home country?

thank you very much for your reply

We are applying from Guatemala which is my home country

Also I have another question if you could please help me

I have completed all my forms, have all the police documents, soon I"ll get the photos, and everything in the checklist, I was wondering when I give these documents to start the process do I also include my medical exams (from the start) or do I have to wait some time later in the process for them to request that?

thank you

Definitely submit your medical upfront if you can. Mexico seems to average 8-12 months. Assuming you do end up at the Mexico city VO, you can follow this thread for an idea of the times: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/mexico-t35385.12840.html
