Hello, I'm working on the online application for my wife to become a permanent resident in Canada. We are both currently in Quebec, so from what I researched, I have to start the application with IRCC, which can be done online --> then they should give the okay --> I will then send a separate application to MIFI, they have to approve and then... --> what? Do i need to send anything back to IRCC?

Also some doubts:
  • I'm doing the online application with IRCC, how can she apply for the OWP in parallel?
  • Can I use Docsbase to all translations? Or is there anything specific to MIFI/Quebec that will need to be translated and thus I should prefer to choose a Quebec translator? Docsbase has the best price so it's hard to beat.
From what I gathered, we will need to send the translated copies to IRCC: birth and marriage certificates, Police certificate from her country, rental agreement from our country as proof we already lived together. All support letters from friends and family are already in English. And I couldnt find anything from the Quebec part of the immigration process that would need to be translated, so I dont know if I'm missing something or if that's really what's needed only.

Thank you
