Hello,

I would like to ask the experts about the spnsorship forms applying outside Canada as following;

1. IMM 1344A, C4 Non-accompanying members. I know some forms needs to be included the immigrant's family members, but on this form, does he need to put my parents's names/my sister's or "Not Applicable"? My intention is once I get PR and job with CIC requirements, I would probably sponsor my parents and my sister (aged over 18 years old) in the future, so I do not know if my husband should include my family names and sister's at this time?

2.IMM 1344A, E Eligibility Assessment, On E4, he ticked "No" as Canadian citizen living exclusively outside Canada, in this case, my understanding is he would have to provide the company letter from this location/country, the letter of his intention to re-establish in Canada, the original of Option C-printout for the latest year where he lived/worked in Canada before he left for working outside exclusively (He has requested Option C-printout to be sent here, but some people say you do not need it, just provide an explanation on the separate letter is enough), could you please suggest?

My husband told me that he would send the original of Option C-printout and the explanation letter stating when and where he has been working exclusively outside Canada, including the explanation letter of tax payments outside Canada(no tax payment records as his company has done this for him in every locations/countries). Will those supporting documents enough to prove this part? or should my husband should include anything else?

3.. IMM5540, Q11-Give your details of re-etablishment, he says that "I plan to request employment transfer to Canada in Mid 2010. Once the transfer is requested, the transfer may be completed after a few months. This has been verbally agreed with managers but will not be formalized until formal transfer request is made". Do you think CIC might extend our visa processing time or they might reject sponsorship from what he says? The company cannot guarantee his transfer, but it's verbal as he said. Kindly please advise.

Thank you so much for your kind assistance.

Regards,

1. Go back read the instructions again.
2. The parents and siblings are listed on the IMM 5406. The only persons listed on the 1344 are those being sponsored, if it is you and any children who are not Canadian.
3. He has to have a letter for re-establishment and plans as to living/working/schooling. Should include proof of his earnings overseas.
4. He needs to give CIC and idea where you intend to live, and what the intentions are if he doesn't get a transfer.
