If an application to Quebec is in process and now applying to FSW Cat1, what would the answers be to the 9th question in Schedule 1 Background declaration form?
1. previously sought refugee status in Canada or applied for a Canadian immigrant or permanent resident visa?
2. been refused refugee status in ..... or have been refused a CSQ to Quebec?
Would Quebec CSQ be also considered a Canadian permanent resident visa? The answer to the first question would be Yes or No? Since Quebec and Canadian were asked separately, I thought both were considered different. Also, how do they cross-check on this? Communicate with the Quebec authorities with passport numbers? Please advise. Thanks.
