I have a problem with my birth place information..

The birth place that is shown in my birth certificate is different from what I have been used for my work permit applications.

Would this be a problem if I put the birth place that is shown in the certificate for this application?

Does your passport have the correct birth place? Given you have to send your birth certificate and passport copies to CIC, you should ensure they all match up

There is no information about place of birth on passport. If that's the case, my previous applications for PGWP might have been rejected..
