Questions on employment letter - Please help

Hi,

I am currently working in one of the big MNC , I spoke to my HR team, they are not ready to give my jobs and responsibility on a company letter head. They say that they can give me a letter with the dates which I was working and my title. Is that enough. Can i get the jobs and responsibility on a white paper and signed by my manger. Will that work.

Please Advice, is there any other way.

Can i get the jobs and responsibility on a white paper and signed by my manger. Will that work. Get the paper notarized as an affidavit by your manager and attach his business card.

Also try to get a letter from HR mentioning that they do not provide such letter as it is against company policy and attach with letter from your manager(one with affidavit).
