Questions for those who applied and received their CSQ from MIDI

I would really appreciate if someone could give me some information regarding some questions I have. I am a Canadian citizen, applied OUTLAND to sponsor my husband. I am living with him in India since 3 years. I would like to know:

1-Once MIDI sends the CSQ, where will they send it? To my address in Quebec or the one I am residing at now (abroad). Because when I called them to check the status of my application, they told me it will be sent to the address I confirmed with the phone operator (the one in Quebec), even though I included the Declaration of sponsor abroad - Family class form.
2-Will the letter/mail including the CSQ be under my (sponsor's) name of my husband's?
3-When my husband lands, do they ask the ORIGINAL of the CSQ or scanned copy is also fine?
4-How will we know if MIDI sent a copy of the CSQ to the VO? or should we just send one?

If anyone has any information please let me know...

I'll do my best to answer you..
1- If they confirmed you the address by phone, I guess they will use this one.
2- In my case, it was under the sponsor name (me).
3- A copy will be ok. He will need it when he'll request the health insurance card. Make sure he has the original of the COPR.
4- You will have a letter with the CSQ, and they will tell you if they sent it to the VO or if you need to send it. In my case, they sent it.
