Questions before submitting PR application-TIA

Hi everyone,

I recently received ITA for PR. I am in a process of submitting the application. I have few question. I would really appreciate if someone you can answer few of those.
Sorry for the long post. Just trying to seek some help from your previous experiences.

Me and my wife both are medical graduates. I am a specialist with MBBS, MD internal medicine and DM neurology degrees and my wife is MBBS with Diploma in Radiology. We are living here in canada for last 2.5 years. MY CRS score was 456 and cut off in my round was 75. My questions are as follows?

1. LMIA job offer: I recently received a Job offer with LMIA number - this was not available to me at the time of initial application. Can I add this new information at this point? It will further increase my points.
2. Education: I received ECA for my MBBS degree and it gave me 126 points. I haven’t done verification for my MD and DM degrees. Should I add those degrees in my “Study and Languages” or “Personal history”?
3. Education: Same issue with my wife, we couldn’t get her MBBS or Radiology degree verified in time. So we don’t have ECA for that. So this qualification of hers should go in “Study and Languages” or “Personal history”?
4. Work History:After my wife’s education she worked in India for 3 months. We have mentioned this in all our previous applications of work permit. Now for PR, we don’t have letter from her employer? Can we just omit this history or should we put in “Personal history”. I didn’t use any points for that in my PR application.
5. Address history: both of us have multiple addresses over last 10 years. Only one on the passport. Does it matter at all? Do they need any additional proof about these addresses or different PCC’s? PCC hasn’t mentioned any address as such.
6. Is physical examination for PR is different from the one for Work permit? I recently had to get a new work permit and did my physical exam for it.
