Questions about the police certificate

I have a question about police certificate:

I had the police certificate of China (the year of 2013) before I came to Canada (I used it to apply Canada visa at that time), and after that I stay in Canada all times during my study(From 2013 to 2015).

In this case, Can I reuse my police certificate of two years ago when submit my documents for Canada immigration? or should I renew my police certificate to make it up-2-date? And do I need the police certificate of Canada?

You submit current PCC.
Whats d validity written on your china PCC?2yrs or 1yr or 3 months etc

I think you can use it. Since you never been to China after that and when you left it states you have no records against you.

You can email immigration authorities explaining your case.

This is not relevant. If you have not lived in the country since the PCC was issued, you can use it indefinitely. The question I have for the OP is, how long after you got the PCC did you leave the country?

my PCC issued 2013-03-14, i left China and came to Canada on 2013-08-14 and never return after that.

in this case, can I reuse my PCC?

My friend, You never entered in that country back then why you asking renewal??? This is ok. You have exit entry stamps on your passport. No one can say you anything. It is just a question? Why I need to have new certificate when I never entered to that country!!!
