Hi everyone

This is my case here, I am working under the post graduation work permit, but the work that I have now (NOC SKILL B) is under part-time status and 22.5 contracted hours. But I am actually working 37.5 hours per week. Can I still apply CEC after I work for 12 months+1950 hours as long as I can provide income statements/employment verification letter that proves I have been working enough time and hours? A lot of employers they don't want to put employee in a full-time status even they request them to work full-time hours.

Thank you very much

Are you getting paid for 37.5 hours or for 22.5 hours?

Also, when you employer drafts a reference letter, will they mention that you worked full-time i.e. 37.5 hours/week or not?

I am getting paid for 37.5 hours and I can request them to mention that I work 37.5 hours/per week (this is the truth as well)

Thanks

Then you should be fine applying after accumulating 12 months of experience. Your paystubs, t4 and reference letter should correlate.
