Hi everyone. I'm Italian and I am sending an application for a Study Permit in two weeks. I need to attach the Statutory Declaration of Common Law Union. 1) First of all, the document sould be signed by a Notary Public. Is it allright if the Notary Public is an Italian one, or should it be Canadian? Because a read that it is also possible to do this online with a Canadian Notary Public.
2) I started living with my partner January 2020. Due to the pandemic it has been impossible for me to find a job, because of this my partner paid all the bills and the rent fees. So I don't have proofs that we paid these things together. I was thinking to attach an explanation letter in order to explain this situation. Is it a good idea? Do you have any suggestion?
