Long story short, we were arranged married but knew each other since child hood since we grew up together( family friends)

For question 13:when and where did the proposal take place?

I am confused if we should say the date was when we got engaged

and

question 17: When was the marriage arranged
Should we also mentioned the engagement date or the wedding date.
