Questions about sending passports

Hi,

I applied for a tourist Canadian Visa for my family and I (4 people in total) and received a request for the passport for each one of us yesterday. I did some research and although I will be sending the passports to the New York Consulate, some things are still unclear to me:

1. Can I send the passports via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail?
2. Do I need to send each passport (4 in total) separately or should I include all passports (along with the documents requesting the passport) in one package?
3. Should I include a Return Prepaid Envelope inside the package? If so, should I include one for each passport or just one for all 4 passports?

Thank you for the link. While that answers the package mailing questions, I'm still wondering if I should be emailing all the passports together or separately.

You can do as you please, if it is not specified it is up to you.

One package per application is the usual. Make sure to include the requesting mail(s) you recieved.

I just posted in another thread similar question. Website also asks to make payment for VAC. Are you doing this as well?

Can you list all the documents you are sending?

I have even more questions:

So I mail the passport to the VAC in New York. I put the passport, the consent form, a return USPS envelope, the request letter and a printed word document with my name, address and phone number? Is that all? Or am I missing anything?
