Questions about renew my study permit

Hello there, I am an international student, and my study permit and visa will end on 27 July 2019. My passport will expire on 26 February 2020. My problem is that I have a plan to go back to my country on 27 April 2019 and come back on 31 May 2019. My question are that can I renew my passport when I go back to my country and the.renew my study permit and visa when I get back to Canada? , will my study permit and visa still work even if I changed the passport? Can I show my old passport and new passport with my study permit and visa( that have the information of the old passport ) to get in Canada

Visa's are always valid even if the passport is expired. You do know you can renew your passport in Canada. In any case the visa is still valid.

Yes, isn't your study permit on a separate piece of paper and not stuck on the passport?? While usually visas are not valid beyond the date of the expiry of the passport, in cases such as yours where you have prematurely renewed the passport, your visa on your old passport will still be valid.

Hi, your passport is still valid for 1 year. But your visa and study permit is expiring soon. in 5 months. Your trip is on 27 april and coming back on 31 may which will left you with june and july to do your renewal for passport and study permit. I think you will be ok if you go to india and come back do the renewal process in june for passport and study permit in Canada.
