I have lost my Canadian student visa and reapply it through CIC. However, as I sent the application through air mail and I have no idea whether they have received my letter and is my application already in process. I tried to send an inquiry e-mail but they auto-reply and mentioned that they need my client ID and file number. As this is the first time that I reapply for visa and I have no client ID and file number. They told me they won't process my request if I have no client ID and file number. What should I do now? I need to get back my visa in a month and it is really urgent for me.

They are requesting your UCI (Unique Client Identifier) number. Look for 8 digit number on your TRV/SP. It stays same forever.
