Questions about Post-graduation work permit(PGWP)

Hi everyone, I have a question about the PGWP. I am going to graduate this year in December. I was planning to apply for the PGWP but the international office of the university told me that I will probably be refuse for the PGWP because I didn't enroll any courses in the fall semester. I got a letter of permission(LOP) in April from the university that allows me to take courses at another institution for two semesters, but on my transcript, This LOP only shows in the spring/summer semester. will I be refuse? what should I do next? has anyone run into the same problem?

You are only allowed to take scheduled breaks during your studies to remain eligible for PGWP so I believe your school is correct. You could try and
explain this whole studying at another institution plan in your PGWP and include proof but its up to the immigration officer if you will be grnated PGWP.
