I m in Canada working through work permit (closed). 1) if I get an experience letter from my company mentioning that I will be working for non-seasonal and indeterminate period, would it qualify as job offer?
2) For question, "Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada ? " Is it ok to mention "No"?
3) I have wp mentioning LMIA or LMIA exempt number starting some number as "A...". In response to question "Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit? " , is it ok to mention "Yes" or "No - my work permit is exempt from an LMIA for other reasons and is employer specific?"

1) have a valid job offer from that employer for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa. — this should be specifically mentioned, else officer’s discretion applies. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...express-entry/documents/offer-employment.html

2) if you’re working for your employer for more than a year and that employer is mentioned on your work permit, then you can say “no”. Else, you need an LMIA for that job offer.

3) “A...” prefix usually means LMIA exempt. Were you an intra company transferee? Then you can select “No - my work permit is exempt from an LMIA for other reasons and is employer specific”
