QUESTIONS ABOUT IMM5532E FORM

Hi guys, Newbie here. I just wanna ask and your answers will be very helpful for me.

My questions about IMM5532E form is, it says in the form PART C- TO BE FILLED OUT BY SPONSOR AND PRINCIPAL APPLICANT.
From that form, do we need to pass two forms? One form for my husband and one form for me? Is that okay? I just wanna make sure if how many forms do we need to pass, because its too way many.

Just the one form. Part A is just the sponsors info so they say have the Sponsor fill it out. For Part B they are only wanting Applicant info which is why they ask the applicant to fill it out. When it comes to Part C it's discussing information that applies to both of you....so that is why it says both to fill out (in a joint effort).
