Questions about if I can invite my parents to visit my in Canada

I just graduated this year in Canada and is waiting for my PGWP. Right now I only have a temporary letter issed by the IRCC which allows me to work till Feb 2023. I wonder can I invite my parents to visit me now?

You can invite them as they are the ones who have to show that they have the funds, travel history, ties to home country etc.

Thank you so much! Should I limit their visiting period to before my temporary work permit expired? Or it doesn't influence much?

Your status may or may not be factored in but they need a reason to visit, and usually a short visit is best.
