Questions about getting our non accompanying dependent here

My husband landed December 15. We now want his daughter to come. We had her listed as non accompanying. Does she qualify to come under the one year window of opportunity provision of do we need to start a whole new application for her? Before my husband had his landing interview she had to complete a medical and provide an imm 008 and another document. Please help its so confusing online and CIC call centre is ridiculous

I'm not sure what one year provision you're referring to. If she wants to come here now, he needs to submit a brand new application to sponsor her.

The one year window is only open for dependants of refugees. Your husband must submit a new application to sponsor his daughter.
