I'm still in the process of getting all the documents ready for student visa but someone told me that i need FBI clearance certificate since i stayed in US for a year. They said that it usually takes months, so it's better to process it now. I downloaded the form and have some questions.
1st is the, Applicant Home Address, should i write my address when I was still in US or the address I am living now?
2nd, under the mail results to address, what should i write in C/O and ATTN? (this is gonna be my first time to write a letter to someone so i have no idea how to do it.). Also, is it ok to put my address in the Philippines so i can receive it here or I need to ask a friend and put his/her US address?
3th, for the payment method, can i use my debit card in wells fargo as a mode of payment? is it under the credit card payment? Hope someone can help me so I can send it right away. Thank you so much in advance.
