Questions about family information

Hello. My husband is sponsoring me for PR, and both of us live in Canada. Should we pick "Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class"?

I am filling those forms as the principle applicant, and I have a few questions.

For the Generic application form for Canada IMM 0008

1. "Dependant section"
Since this is the first marriage for me and my husband, we do not have any kids. Do I need to leave this section empty?

For Additional Family Information form IMM 5406

1. "Complete All Names in English and in your native language"
Do I need to write names in both English and Chinese? For example, my name is Xiaohong Wang, so I need to write on the form like this, "Xiaohong Wang 王小红" ？
However, my passport shows that my name is Wang, Xiaohong, as Chinese puts surname name first and first name last. Do I need to change the sequence?

2. "Children & Brothers and Sisters"
I have a brother, and he married my sister-in law and they had a child. Do I need to include three of them on this form or I just declare my brother?

For Additional Dependants Declaration IMM0008DEP

I had read the definition on "Family member", which refers to parents and children. However, it says that "If you do not declare your family members, it may result in the refusal of your application and the inability ti sponsor them in the future." That is why I would like to double check the information of family member.

'Family member' is your spouse or partner and any dependent children. For IMM0008DEP, if the applicant has no children, no one should be listed there.
For the 'Additional Family Information' form, they do want you to list everyone they ask about: your spouse, parents, all children, and all siblings. You do not list the wife or husband of your siblings, and you do not list their children.
They want your name in both English and Chinese. If you use Xiaohong Wang as your name in English, write that, then put the name in Chinese. I would put the usual Chinese order, with Wang first, in Chinese.
