Questions about ETA

Hello everyone ,I am from Hong Kong and my name is Wendy.
I have been refused the visa apply from US, and there's a question ask me if I have been refused by other countries in the ETA from, so I need to wait for 72hours , after 2days ,CIC sent an email to me and asked me to upload some document. After I linked my application from ,there's no any message to ask me upload documents. So I think maybe my account get a bug and I have sent a message to them and wait for a week.

But,I will set off to Canada next week,very urgent!Can't wait for it!

Guys, do you have a way to call CIC centre?
I have been called +1 888 242 2100 through Skype but it's still not work..

You dont need ETA until march 15.

No, you need not. You have 6 months grace period to comply.

1. But don't be surprised if the airlines refuse to board without ETA/TRV or PRTD. even though the deadline has been extended 6 months.
 
Why the airlines don't let me board without ETA? Should I show the news to the Ground Staff if they don't let me go
