Questions about Address History and Work History on IMM 5444

I have 2 questions about IMM 5444.(PR UPDATE)

Question 1 - 4.1. Address History (Inside and Outside Canada)

Does "Address" here mean your residence? Is this correct?

For example,
[case 1]
I was in Japan for 4 months for vacation.
During this period, my residence was in Canada, so the address during that period is in Canada.

[case 2]
I was in Japan for work and medical treatment.
I had a residency in Japan.(I paid taxes to Japan since I resided there)
During this period, my residence was in Japan, so the address during that period is in Japan.

Question 2 - 4.2. Work and Educational History (Inside and Outside Canada)

I'm self-employed and my clients are all outside Canada.
I have the time I worked each in Canada and in Japan over the past 5 years.


In this case, my self-employed job's information, "City or Town","Country or Territories" should be my residence?

for example, the period when my residence was in Canada, I write my Canadian residence for job information "City or Town" ,"Country or Territories".

the period when my residence was in Japan, I write my Japanese residence for job information "City or Town" ,"Country or Territories".



I'm seriouly having trouble with 2 questions.
I would appreciate it if you answered these questions.
