Hello,
I have been working for a company for 11 months, and I plan to resign from my job when I finish my 12 months there.
I found that when I get a valid job offer if it has the following requirements.
1- Approved LMIA by your employer (I am under PGWP, and I should have it)
2- Your job offer must be valid for at least one year after getting your pr card.
3- Full-time and non-seasonal job
4- in a skilled job listed as Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B
I have some concerns to see if I can get the job offer or not! Could you please answer the following questions?
1- Are the above requirements correct?
2- Are there any options to get a job offer without LMIA with less score (<50)?
3- If I get a job offer, do I need to stay in that company after that (before getting PR)?
Totally, What is your suggestion for me to get a more score from my current job before leaving here?
Thanks in advance for your answer.

1. Yes, that's more or less correct.
2. I don't know what you mean by "with less score". Since you are on a PGWP, your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA in order for you to qualify to claim job offer points.
3. Yes, you would want to stay in the job until you have PR. Otherwise IRCC may say you don't qualify for the 50 points.
